Fertility Frequency Collective

By joining the Fertility Frequency Collective (the “Program”), you (“Member”) agree to the following terms. The term "Company" refers to Jessica Tims Coaching, LLC, owner of Her Fertility Support (4712 E. 2nd Street #631, Long Beach CA 90803). These agreements are written to create clarity, mutual respect, and a supportive environment for everyone involved. Purpose & Scope of the Program

The Fertility Frequency Collective is an educational program designed to support your experience of infertility.

The program provides:

  • Education, frameworks, and research-based information

  • Emotional support tools and recommendations

  • Opportunities for connection, reflection, and community building.

This program is educational in nature and is not medical care, mental health treatment, or legal advice. Members agree to use the program at their free will.

Instructor Availability

The instructor is committed to being fully present and engaged during the scheduled live events only. There is no requirement for the instructor to be available to members outside of the scheduled live events.

  • The instructor is available to members during pre-scheduled live sessions, including live group support sessions, and live group coaching sessions.

  • Questions submitted through approved channels (ie. email to [email protected]) are responded to within a reasonable timeframe during business days.

  • Members agree to make an earnest effort to address their needs inside their user profile at www.herfertility.support/login first, before contacting the company for help.

Program Duration & Access

  • Members have access to the content inside the Fertility Frequency Collective during the monthly payment period that is paid by the member.

  • Content must be accessed through the member's profile at www.herfertility.support/login. Members may choose to download the Kajabi app to login.

  • Members may not copy, record, or recreate content inside the program. This is stealing and legal action will be taken by the Company. 

Instructor Responsibilities

The instructor is responsible for:

  • Delivering the program content as desired by the Company

  • Providing educational materials and resources as desired by the Company

  • Facilitating scheduled live sessions that are preset by the Company

  • Creating and maintaining a respectful, inclusive learning environment

Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own learning, participation, and engagement

  • You will use discretion as to which content you select

  • You will maintain your membership for as long as you desire, cancelling at your own free will

  • You will seek additional professional support when appropriate

You understand that:

  • The Fertility Frequency Collective does not guarantee any outcomes

  • The Fertility Frequency Collective does not replace, replicate or interfere with any medical advice. You agree to seeking the support of your trusted medical provider for all medical questions and concerns. 

  • The thoughts and ideas shared by Jessica Tims and the Company are the pure expression of their ideas, not taken as truth or fact, and only as an opinion

Licensing Requirements

Members agree to:

  • All content is copyright of Jessica Tims Coaching LLC and may not be duplicated, copied, or shared

  • Any recordings of live, virtual, or digital events are the property of the Company and may be used at their discretion to promote the program

  • Participation in the program and events is completely voluntary

 

 

Confidentiality & Community Standards

Members agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members and any stories shared within the program. This community is grounded in respect, inclusion, and compassion. Participation in the program reflects agreement to uphold these standards. If members cannot maintain these standards they will be removed from the program without refund for the remainder of their monthly payment period. 

 

Refund Policy 

The program is nonrefundable and is paid as a monthly membership. Members may cancel their membership at anytime inside their user profile at www.herfertility.support/login. Members are responsible for maintaining their payments and cancellations. Once enrolled in the program, payment will recur from that date: for example, if you enroll on May 1, 2026, your next payment will occur on June 1, 2026, etc. 

Relationship to General Policies

These Client Agreements exist in addition to the general policies found at https://www.herfertility.support/policies

For members, this agreement applies specifically to participation in the program.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Fertility Frequency Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You enter this program willingly, with full responsibility for your learning, integration, and personal practice.

 
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this agreement policy and will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreements on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on the Agreements page, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
