Her Fertility Doula Certification – Student Agreements

By enrolling in the Her Fertility Doula Certification (the “Program”), you (“Student”) agree to the following terms. These agreements are written to create clarity, mutual respect, and a supportive learning environment for everyone involved. Purpose & Scope of the Program

The Her Fertility Doula Certification is an educational and professional training program designed to support your development as a fertility doula.

The program provides:

  • Education, frameworks, and research-based information

  • Emotional support tools and professional guidance

  • Opportunities for integration, reflection, and community learning

This program is educational in nature and is not medical care, mental health treatment, or legal advice. Students agree to practice within their appropriate scope and refer clients to licensed professionals when necessary.

Instructor Availability

The instructor is committed to being fully present and engaged during this program in a way that is sustainable and supportive. This structure ensures thoughtful, grounded support while honoring healthy professional boundaries.

  • The instructor is available to students during pre-scheduled live sessions, including live trainings, group calls, and office hours.

  • Questions submitted through approved channels (ie. email) are responded to within a reasonable timeframe during business days.

Program Duration & Access

  • Instructor support is available for 90 days from the official start date of the cohort.

  • Students receive lifetime access to course materials unless otherwise stated.

  • After the 90-day live support period, students may continue reviewing content independently.

Instructor Responsibilities

The instructor is responsible for:

  • Delivering the course curriculum as outlined

  • Providing educational materials and resources

  • Facilitating scheduled live sessions during the cohort

  • Offering guidance related to course content and professional application

  • Creating and maintaining a respectful, inclusive learning environment

Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own learning, participation, and engagement

  • You will complete coursework, quizzes, and assignments as required

  • You will apply the material ethically and within your scope of practice

  • You will seek additional professional support when appropriate

You understand that:

  • Certification reflects completion of program requirements, not guaranteed outcomes

  • You are 100% responsible for your results and professional application once certified

Certification Requirements

To earn certification, students must:

  • Complete all required modules

  • Achieve a passing score of 80% or higher on the quiz for each module

  • Participate in the program with integrity and professionalism

Upon successful completion, you will receive certification from Her Fertility Support, a company of Jessica Tims Coaching LLC.

Certification Validity & Continuing Education

  • Certification is active for three (3) years from the date of completion.

  • To maintain active certification, you are responsible for completing required continuing professional education (CPE) units.

  • Documentation of CPE units must be submitted by the stated deadlines.

  • The student is responsible for the status of their certification, meeting any required deadlines, and/or recording CPE units. 

Use of Course Materials & Attribution

Students may:

  • Apply concepts, frameworks, and research learned in the program in their professional work.

  • Reference and cite original research articles and sources as appropriate.

  • Not replicate, duplicate, or copy any materials from the program without written permission.

All program materials remain the intellectual property of Jessica Tims Coaching LLC and may not be duplicated, distributed, or repurposed without written permission.

Confidentiality & Community Standards

Students agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow students and any stories shared within the program. This community is grounded in respect, inclusion, and compassion. Participation in the program reflects agreement to uphold these standards.

Code of Ethics

All students agree to uphold the Her Fertility Code of Ethics, available at https://www.herfertility.support/ethics

Refund Policy 

The program includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, within 30 days of purchase, you feel you have not learned anything new, you may request a full refund of the amount paid. Refund requests must be submitted within the first 30 days of purchase to [email protected] with sufficient supporting evidence that nothing new has been learned. After 30 days from purchase, all sales are final. Refund requests will be reviewed and communicated to the student within 72 hours of submittal, during normal business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Relationship to General Policies

These Student Agreements exist in addition to the general policies found at https://www.herfertility.support/policies

For enrolled certification students, this agreement applies specifically to participation in the program.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Her Fertility Doula Certification, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You enter this program willingly, with full responsibility for your learning, integration, and professional practice.

 
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this agreement policy and will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreements on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
