60 Minutes Live on Zoom

A sacred, safe space created to support you on your fertility journey. 

This is for you if you feel tired of your fertility journey, don't know what steps to take next, or need a break from pushing for something that just hasn't happened yet. 

What's Included

5-10 Minute Opening Conversation

We begin with a grounded discussion to understand your fertility journey and what has brought you to this point in time. 

15-30 Minute Customized Support

Support looks different for everyone. This part of your session could include:

• Reconnection Conversation: Supporting your connection to your body through guided steps to remove the clutter of the mind + take back the parts of yourself that have been disconnected for too long.

• Fertility Reiki Clearing: Sometimes the body just needs to be re-energized. As a reiki practitioner, I will support your body's clearing with a gentle fertility reiki session to support the clearing of old energy that you no longer need to hold.

• Grounded Clarity: If you need support taking the next steps, we will customize a plan for you to move through after the session. The roadmap includes gently suggestions to support your fertility health + healing as you move closer to motherhood.

5 - 10 Minute Closing

Integrate the amazing work of our time together through a gentle transition back into your body with space to share anything that came through.
