After supporting so many women on their fertility journeys, I’ve seen this firsthand:
Most people aren’t given a clear, step-by-step understanding of what this journey actually looks like.

Your menstrual cycle has four phases, and understanding them gives you insight into:

  • When you’re ovulating

  • When you’re fertile

  • Whether your cycle is functioning optimally

Tracking your cycle isn’t just helpful—it’s empowering.

It allows you to understand your body instead of guessing.

For Men: Sperm Health Starts Earlier Than You Think

Here’s something many people don’t realize:

The sperm you’re using today was created about 70 days ago.

That means:

  • Stress

  • Nutrition

  • Environmental toxins

  • Heat exposure

…from the past two months can impact fertility today.

Male fertility is often overlooked—but it is equally important.

It takes two to create a pregnancy.

The Missing Piece Most People Don’t Know About

To get pregnant, you need three things:

  1. Egg

  2. Sperm

  3. A pathway for them to meet

That third piece is often overlooked.

In the body, that pathway is cervical fluid.

Around ovulation, cervical fluid changes to create the perfect environment for sperm to travel to the egg.

Without it, conception becomes much more difficult.

If you’re not noticing healthy cervical fluid, it’s something to pay attention to.

Sometimes the cause is simple:

  • Dehydration

  • Medications (like antihistamines)

  • Lifestyle factors

Your body is always giving you information—you just need to know how to read it.

Do You Need Ovulation Tests?

You’ve probably seen ovulation predictor kits.

And while they can be helpful for some people…

You don’t actually need them.

When you understand your cycle, you can identify ovulation naturally.

More importantly, you avoid creating unnecessary stress or pressure around timing.

Because fertility isn’t just about hitting the “perfect day”—
it’s about supporting your body as a whole.

Your Nervous System Matters More Than You Think

This is where the conversation shifts, and where most fertility guidance falls short.

Your reproductive system does not operate in isolation.

It’s directly connected to your nervous system.

And here’s the truth:

Reproduction is not a survival function.

If your body feels stressed or unsafe, it will prioritize survival over reproduction.

That means chronic stress can directly impact:

  • Ovulation

  • Hormone balance

  • Overall fertility

We’ve normalized:

  • Constant stress

  • Poor sleep

  • High caffeine intake

  • Always being “on”

But your body hasn’t adapted to that pace.

So the goal isn’t to eliminate stress completely.

It’s to regularly bring your body back into rest and safety.

Nutrition, Supplements, and Supporting Your Body

 Start a prenatal that:
