TH HER FERTILITY
PODCAST
Infertility affects so much more than your body. Your fertility support should, too.
The Her Fertility Podcast is for the woman trying to get pregnant while also trying to figure out how to live through everything infertility brings with it.
The researching. The waiting. The decisions. The fear. The appointments you replay afterward. The questions you can't seem to stop asking.
Each week, Jess Tims brings you thoughtful conversations about the parts of infertility that don't always fit inside a fertility appointment so you can feel more informed, more supported, and a little less alone in all of it.
New episodes every Monday.
Come here when fertility is taking up too much space in your head.
Some episodes will help you understand something about fertility.
Others will help you think differently about what you're experiencing.
And sometimes, you may simply need someone to sit beside you in a question you haven't been able to put down.
On the podcast, we talk about things like:
- → What fertility tests and treatments actually tell you (and what they don't)
- → How to navigate the waiting, uncertainty and constant decision-making
- → What to do when you can't stop researching or questioning everything
- → Fear after miscarriage, failed treatment or difficult news
- → Trusting yourself when everyone seems to have an opinion
- → The emotional and relational side of infertility
- → Mind-body, nervous-system and energetic support (without blaming you for your infertility)
- → How to keep living your life while wanting a baby this much
No promises. No pressure to stay positive. No pretending infertility is easy.
Just honest conversations and meaningful support for the woman behind the fertility journey.
Have a question you can't seem to put down?
Dear Jess is where we talk about it.
Maybe you keep researching the same thing.
Maybe you're terrified to make the wrong decision.
Maybe something happened and you don't know what to do with how you're feeling.
Or maybe there's a question you've been carrying privately because you haven't known who to ask.
Submit it anonymously, and I may answer it on an upcoming episode of the Her Fertility Podcast.
Ask Jess AnonymouslyHi, I'm Jess.
I'm a fertility support specialist with a Masters degree in Communication, and the founder of Her Fertility.
I've spent years sitting with women through the parts of infertility that happen outside the treatment plan: the decisions, waiting, fear, grief, overthinking, relationships, hope, and moments when they simply don't feel like themselves anymore.
My work combines practical fertility support with meditation, breathwork, nervous-system support, communication, mindset and energy work when that's something you want to explore.
I've presented fertility research at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and spoken internationally about fertility support.
But on this podcast, I'm not here to become another expert you have to blindly follow.
I'm here to help you make sense of what you're experiencing, hear yourself through the noise, and figure out what you need next.
