Jess Tims is a certified Fertility Doula, Reiki Master, and founder of Her Fertility Support, where she provides compassionate, evidence-informed care to women navigating infertility, IVF, and pregnancy loss. With a Master’s in Communication Studies and seat on the National Doula Certification Board, Jess combines professional expertise with lived experience to create safe, empowering spaces for women. She hosts the Her Fertility Podcast and serves as a peer advisor with RESOLVE, The National Infertility Association, advocating for inclusive and accessible reproductive care nationwide. Based in Long Beach, CA, Jess continues to build networks of support that center women’s health, healing, and resilience.

Through her own fertility journey, Jess has developed a deep understanding of how to navigate things like communicating with your partner, finding answers, and finding your voice again. It is Jess's mission to help you identify, release, and shift any struggles you have on your fertility journey so that you can move forward with clarity and a sense of confidence. Utilizing energy healing along with knowledge of both female and male fertility, Jess can support you on your journey, no matter what it looks like.

Private Fertility Session Package

Fertility sessions about connecting with yourself and being supported on your fertility journey. Jess will personally create a fertility protocol for you specifically. Private sessions will help you understand how to optimize your fertility, break free from a negative mindset and become energetically open to conceiving a beautiful, healthy baby. Each session will allow you to gain extreme clarity and direction on the biggest obstacles on your fertility journey. You will receive fertility-centered information specifically tailored for you, based on your fertility history, and rooted in evidence-backed research. Jess uses holistic, neuroscience and energy healing tools to support your fertile body and your subconscious mind.

INCLUDES: Fertility guidance, energy clearing, mental/emotional processing, and a plan of action on how to move forward on your fertility journey in a positive way.

FREQUENCY: You determine the frequency of your fertility support. Many clients find that having regular weekly or bi-monthly sessions is the best way to feel supported as they navigate getting + staying pregnant.

SESSION PACKAGE: During your consultation, Jess will discuss the available fertility support package. The package is designed to support you where you are on your fertility journey. This multi-session packages give you flexibility to book with Jess at the dates/times that work best for you.
